Made an appointment to Bill Colwell Ford, had a very positive experience. Every negative stigma about dealerships were not an issue. Sales man Cael Keller suggested a test ride and knew the answers to all my questions. Director of Finance Mason Doyle came also came across very honest and made sure to make me feel like I can ask anything to which he would explain very well. Over all I felt I got a really good price on a 2025 used ford bronco. And had a great customer experience.

This is our 2nd vehicle we've bought working with Cael Keller. He's a super nice guy and really knows his stuff. We've bought 5 vehicles at Bill Cowell and we love them! Very speedy, professional, and clean. And their service area is very helpful too. We'll continue working with them. We had a quick and simple issue. The TPMS senders in the wheels started to die over the weekend. With a road trip just two days away, Chris and the crew changed them out Monday soon after I called. It was nice to not have to look at the notification on the IP for hundreds of miles. thanks again!

Cael was very helpful in the buying process. He was very polite and answered any questions immediately. There was definitely some big miscommunications with the shipping/delivery of the vehicle from others at the dealership, however, Cael had nothing to do with that and helped me throughout the process. Sean was also helpful throughout everything, as well. Mason, the finance director, was not the most attentive or the most friendly when handling paperwork after we decided to finance it through a local bank instead of through them. Overall, Cael and Sean get 5 stars.
