Our favorite place to have our Escalade serviced. They always do a good job at a fair price.

I wont be going here anymore, they told me I needed new parts for my cadillac and I spent almost 2000$ for a job they did and needed to spend another 1000$ for another which I was gonna do myself and Im glad I did because I noticed I did NOT need those parts as the new parts were no different than my parts installed already, so they robbed me of that, I would definitely check your parts yourself before coming here and I wont be here again, so I beleive i didnt even need to spend the 2000$ for the first job. Very upset by that. Hopefully I saved yall some money with this comment.

I put my name on the list as soon as GM announced the Cadillac Lyriq. I received a phone call from Patrick who is the sales Manager at Bill Cramer Cadillac letting me know that I was on their waiting list and that they were starting production March 21st 2022 and if I still wanted one I needed to come down and give a deposit. From the first time I walked in and met with Patrick my whole experience has been just wonderful. Patrick kept me in the loop EVERYTIME there was any change with the production schedule. I went and picked up my Lyriq today and Patrick put me in the hands of Austin who was a young salesman and he was Magnificent not only did he make the process seamless but he was also aware that I was heading out of town and he completed everything including making me familiar with a new o vehicle but he walked me thru Cadillacs app and taught all the goodies that come with it. I was so impressed with Bill Cramer that I ordered me a Corvette while I was leaving with my new Lyriq. Thanks Guys! John Evans

Was told in writing via text message that premium pick up and drop off would be included with my Escalade for any service needed. It was a big part of why I chose this vehicle as I do not enjoy driving to the dealership and do not live close to it. Go to make my first apt and am told they simply don't do it and won't do it. Don't lie to get a sale. You will lose the future one. It's on the website that they have it too. False advertisement.

My experiences will Bill Cramer were exceptional. I received wonderful attentive service from the onset. Ryan first provided me with exceptional phone support and kindness. By the time I was ready to get my vehicle serviced, Tyler managed my account The Bil Cramer family ensured I was cared for each time I went in. An array of beverages and snacks made my wait easier when I had an oil change. The second visit, where I needed a host of repairs was met with a wonderful driver that provided a pleasant ride to Hertz. Tyler took care of everything with my warranty company and I only had a small deductible fee at the end of things. I didn't need to call around or deal with the stress of arranging things. We moved here from a larger state and city, we were really upset with the service of the local Cadillac dealership nearest us. Frustrated, we called around and we are happy we did! Bill Cramer, while over an hour away, made it worth the drive. They have established relationships with local car rental companies and we were able to rent a comparable vehicle for a small daily fee. In comparison, when we had gone to our local dealer, we paid $320 total for 3 days. We own a large SUV and this rate was for a tiny car. We paid that much and it was merely for the diagnostic. We were also told that we would pay close to $800 in repairs, in spite of our warranty. Heading to Bill Cramer saved our family money and headaches. Bill Cramer is exceptional and the only dealership I will use so long as I have my Cadillac.
