I came to DeLuca Jeep originally not looking for a car, but just checking out numbers after my car was hit while parked and ended up being totaled. I was honestly dreading the whole process, but as soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by the entire staff and sat down with Pedro. After initially coming in just to look, I was very impressed by Pedro’s professionalism, transparency, and thoroughness throughout the process. I had a horrible piece of bad luck- A gutter filled with ice fell off the side of a three-story building and crushed my truck. Insurance totaled it. I called Dan Parma At Bil Deluca in Haverhill, he found me a new Ram Promaster 2500 very similar to the one I lost. Now I’m back up and running a big part of that was to the extra effort Dan put in getting everything done for me, including staying past closing and when my insurance took too long to get the RTO stamped and sent it back after the registry was closed. He even drove me in a snowstorm to get a rental car and picked me up the next day. That’s a guy that goes way above and beyond for customers. Dan is the real deal and credit to Bill Deluca for hiring a guy like this.

The sales associate Rick was great at getting and doing what I wanted. The transactions went smooth and no issues. I would recommend to anyone, they will have a repeat customer down the road.

I've had bad experiences with other dealers, including the Dodge dealer in Methuen. I'm glad I came to Bill Deluca. The two service members were great, they understood that my Hellcat Redeye was my baby. They walked around my car to check for damage before taking it in. I ended up having to leave it there for 4 days, they put it in its own garage bay locked up, much appreciated! However, they didn't arm my alarm or even lock the doors, though I was able to do it remotely from my app. They also replaced another hose that wasn't the original issue but looked like it would become a a future issue, all under warranty. Great customer service!
