Bill DeLuca Family of Dealerships

Had the absolute worst experience at Bill DeLuca Family of Dealerships in Haverhill MA. I went in around 11 today (because when I called Monday I was told that there was a meeting in the morning) to try and buyout my lease and I sat with a man who was very young (very nice) but was obviously set up to fail by management because I was there for about 45 mins and he had taken my information, made copies of my registration, and spoke to his manager multiple times only to come back more than halfway through this process to then tell me there is no one in the leasing department to help me today. I was absolutely irate. I left visibly upset and on my way to another Chevy I was called by the manager who said he had “overheard” the conversation regarding damage on my vehicle (which was never even spoken about because I never even got that far with the man that was helping me) and I said to him “if you overheard this alleged conversation then why didn’t you step in?” He then was insisting on getting me to trade in my vehicle for another lease which I did not want to do and I made that very clear. He was pushy and out of line. He then asked what he could do to rectify what had happened and I told him nothing because I was already almost at the next dealership. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. There really is so much more to this story that is absolutely unhinged but I’ll keep that to myself to not further embarrass this whole management team. Very disappointing.

Had my truck serviced and new tires installed outstanding service from Joel Delaney I was provided a ride to from my house which very punctual and truck was ready when promised and done correctly I was treated as a good customer and fair pricing will be back for all my service thank you

Was pleased Aman was easy to work with. Happy with my experience. The young woman Samantha was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to work with.

Very good treatment and communication I recommend (Hugo sales department and Marcelo kopper finance department I recommend it!!!!! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👍
