Messed around in Bloomington trying to buy an expedition max for our family of 7. It seems if the car is not on the lot the other dealerships did not want to do any leg work on finding me the right fit. I had been car shopping for awhile, scrolling through car dealers and reached out to this car dealer. Jeff Miller reached back and a week later I had a new vehicle. They were really helpful getting the loan and sending all the paperwork in and to me. I loved my experience.
Searched Facebook Marketplace and found two used F450's for sale at Dobson Ford. Both were priced very well so we made the two hour drive down to check them out and met with Jeff Miller. For anyone coming from a big city like we did, Dobson Ford is not a huge dealership and it made it actually quite nice because there is no high pressure sales people pushing you to buy. We test drove a '22 F450 and loved it. We were short on time and had to head home but really wanted the truck. We ended up going with our own local bank but we got the deal done. Jeff made it super easy and even delivered the truck to us and saved us a 4 hour round trip. Jeff did a great job, followed up after the sale and did the leg work to get me the second key for the truck from the previous owner. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle at a dealer. I would easily recommend them to anyone and do business with them again in the future!
Was interest led in a Fusion they had on the lot but it wasn’t available. Pete knew what I was looking for and messaged immediately when something came along. The entire process was fast and friendly!
Receptionist is so rude and very passive aggressive, I can’t believe you would hire someone like her. If you stop by, make sure to avoid her.
