Bill Harris Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I will never deal with Bill Harris Ram or any other location ever again. The whole ordeal was a complete joke from going to initially look at the truck and they couldn’t find the keys, not once but twice. The truck was posted online before it was even ready. Made the purchase of the truck and was told the truck would be ready the next day because they were going to put Fox shocks, new lug nuts and tire pressure sensor on the truck but had to wait a week instead. They put cheap rough country shocks on instead and it appears they torched the lug nuts off damaging one wheel to where one lug nut is unable to even be tightened.The wheel that needed the tpm sensor is beat all to hell and still leaks air and it appears they used grease to seal the bead. The truck was also supposed to be detailed and wasn’t. Also one of the new shocks blew after only 4,000 miles, called the dealership and nothing.The wheels are a safety issue. They also posted my trade in online the website before they had possession of it. In the trade I was completely upfront and honest about any issue I had with my trade in and would have liked the same courtesy in return. I would have been completely fine with waiting a week or even two if they just would have been honest and said hey man we want to go over the truck and make sure everything is in great shape but no such luck. I’m at the point of being ready to hire an attorney. The only positive thing was my salesman.

I should have written this review sooner, but the day-to-day demands of being a new business owner got the best of me.
