Great, no hassle experience. I found the exact car online and dealt with Kenny Berteau at the lot. He walked me through each step of the buying process. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely buy again.

After calling earlier in the week to see if the vehicle we were interested in was available, we driver an hour to see the car. When we got there, the car was an embarrassment. Pieces of the paneling were missing, the inside was stained, the backseat area was extremely scratched, there was rust spots on the side mirrors, the car mats and back headrests were missing, the steering wheel leather had been heavily worn away, AND it was clear that the leather on the inside of the doors had been badly spray painted. None of this had been shown in the pictures, nor was it mentioned when we ask after the car initially. Just in case, we tried to take it for a test drive. But after only a half mile, the car was shaking too much for us to feel comfortable taking it any farther. After getting me unstuck from the driver’s seatbelt that initially wouldn’t release, we noticed that the back left tire was completely missing a wheel weight. Just an absolute embarrassment, especially with it only being from 2016 with only 91k miles. The fact that they were asking almost $19k for this as well? Ridiculous. Would not recommend going to this establishment. Attaching pictures (zoom in for car damage) as proof.

Crappie experience here. We saw two vehicles on the website that we were interested in. We checked the availability. The person responded confirming that both were available. Set an appointment and address for viewing. We drive ahour and a half. The salesman that we were told to ask for had no idea we were coming. The worst part, neither vehicles were on the lot and they didn't have them in inventory.
