The team was extremely thorough and took the time to walk us through everything, making sure we felt confident every step of the way. They also worked with us to negotiate a deal that we were really happy with, which we truly appreciated. (Even if it got a little heated) A special thank you to the manager… he was absolutely fantastic. We did not end up buying here, but we had just the best experience with Paul! He was absolutely amazing. He was kind and patient, he did not pressure us, he was knowledgeable and understanding. Would have loved to have purchased a car from Paul, but they did not have a car that met our needs.
