After the recent storm my previous vehicle was totaled and the gentlemen at Bill Kay Honda did whatever they could to help me out in such a quick timeframe. Both very pleasant and easy to work with. Very understanding and very personable. They get you what you want without the hassle that’s for sure! Best dealer experience I've ever had. Gary in Sales was awesome and dealt with the deal making like a pro, definitely an asset. Ed in finance was a really great guy and made the process interesting and informative. Spelled everything out and gave options instead of selling stuff I don't want. Fabulous customer service! Sean worked on my vehicle, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service he provided. I checked my vehicle in early Saturday with the expectation that it would be worked on Monday morning for an air conditioning issue. To my surprise, Sean was able to get to my vehicle early and had the repairs completed before the end of the day on Saturday. This was neither requested nor expected, but Sean went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. He also took the time to thoroughly review any existing warranties to ensure nothing was overlooked, which I greatly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who is so dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Thank you, Sean, for your professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile!
