The management and finance teams were also excellent and fulfilled every promise made. I was purchasing from out of state, and they went above and beyond—picking me up from the airport and having everything ready so I could complete the purchase quickly. I’ve been shopping around for a truck and have dealt with about 7 different dealerships so far, and I wanted to take a minute to give credit where it’s due. Tristan Ortner at Bill Knight Ford in Bartlesville has been by far the best salesperson I’ve worked with. I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet, but Tristan did a great job throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and great about following up without ever being pushy, which is honestly rare when you’re shopping for vehicles. He answered my questions, kept communication clear, and was straightforward with me the whole time. We actually got pretty close to making a deal, but the timing and details just weren’t quite right for me at the moment. That had nothing to do with the experience there it was a very positive experience overall. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to Tristan at Bill Knight Ford. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Bill Knight Ford. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. After buying my vehicle, the dealership failed to provide my title within the required 60-day timeframe, leaving me unable to properly register my vehicle. I made multiple attempts to get answers and updates, but instead of fixing the issue, I was left waiting with little communication or concern for the inconvenience they caused. What makes the situation even worse is that they added a “Ford Surface Care” package to my contract for $895 without properly explaining it or getting my clear consent. The charge was buried and hidden throughout the paperwork, and at no point was I given any documentation, brochure, policy information, or coverage details explaining what this plan even included. I only discovered it later while reviewing everything myself. When I tried to cancel it through Ford, I was informed that it was non-refundable. While still waiting for my title, the dealership somehow mailed me another customer’s title and finance paperwork by mistake. That paperwork also included the same Surface Care charge added into their contract, which makes me seriously question how many customers are unknowingly paying for this add-on without it ever being properly disclosed to them. This dealership showed a complete lack of professionalism, organization, and respect for customer privacy. Sending out another customer’s sensitive financial and title information is unacceptable and should never happen at any reputable dealership. Between the delayed title, hidden charges, lack of documentation, and mishandling of private paperwork, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Buyers should carefully review every single document before signing anything here. I am demanding a refund for the $895 Surface Care charge that was added without my knowledge.
