The gentleman who helped me throughout the entire day was Alan Bass, the Service Director. He was wonderful, kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful across the board. He answered every single question I had and assisted me with a very sensitive situation involving my car. He made me feel as comfortable as possible during what was otherwise a very uncomfortable experience. I wish I could remember the name of the other employee who worked with me directly, who assisted Alan and drove my car under sensitive circumstances, but I know he will recognize himself, and hopefully Alan will pass along my thanks to him, and the company will know exactly who he is. I also hope Allan will pass along my thanks to the guys that worked on my car in the back, they are not forgotten. You truly have a professional staff that goes far above and beyond what is expected. Thank you for such exceptional care and service.

We very much like that the dealership is only 10 minutes from our house. That’s a big plus. We are repeat customers and just like the previous times we bought cars from Bill Kolb Subaru, the process was smooth and seamless with absolutely no pressure to upgrade or purchase add-ons. This time we traded in our old Subaru and got a very fair trade-in value which helped in making our purchase decision. Our salesman Juan was perfect for us. His manor was cool and calm. No heavy sales pitch. He explained how he works and answered all our questions. When we picked the car up we were taught about all the gadgets in the car. BTW even our meeting with the finance person was pleasant. This was the easiest car purchase we have ever made.
