I can't say enough good things! From the first contact to the final goodbye, the car buying experience was amazing. Joe Mike sent me a video of the car I was interested in and since we traveled 87 miles to see it, it helped more than pictures. I was going to buy that car! Joe was friendly and easy to work with plus negotiated a great amount for my trade in. He got me all the eligible discounts and quoted the price before we even got there. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! It was worth the drive time - in a snow event!

Job was well done. Customer service was excellent. I really appreciated the frequent updates during a complex repair and engune rebuild. The skill of the mechanics in the truck division is very evident and much appreciatd.

The sales person was great. I went in with an open mind and was able to quickly narrow it down to 2. He sent me out for a test drive and I went home with my new ride the same day. The paperwork was so slick and fast. The entire process from beginning to end was so smooth and easy. All my questions and concerns were answered. The attention to detail and to me, the customer, was truly spectacular. You just don’t find that old fashion caring and kindness in many businesses these days. I love my car and am thankful I went to McCandless Mercer.

This was my first experience with McCandless Ford. Service Department - Customer Service skills of Lisa and Bonnie were outstanding! Technician completing state inspection and oil change (Cody) was completed in a timely fashion. His attention to detail and cleanliness were top shelf!
