We specifically sought out our dear friend, Mike Verde (General Manager), because we were nervous about being taken advantage of at a typical dealership. The level of care his team provided was truly exceptional. Since we were without a car and live two hours away, the dealership actually sent a very friendly driver to pick us up and bring us to the lot. Our salesman, Leoun Rexhepi, was incredibly professional, helpful, and trustworthy. He made the entire process stress-free, guiding us through our choices via text and links so effectively that we didn't even need to see the cars in person before purchasing. He was honest about which options were the right fit for our family and which were not. We are now the proud owners of a beautiful 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude and a certified pre-owned 2022 Jeep Compass Altitude. I had such a great experience working with John Downey at the dealership. The entire process was so easy and straightforward, honestly the smoothest car buying/leasing experience I’ve ever had. John was very responsive and always got back to me quickly whenever I had questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood each step, which made me feel really comfortable the whole time. He also took the time to go over all the car’s features in detail, which I really appreciated. There was no pressure at all, just a genuinely helpful and professional approach. Went in on Monday morning to purchase a used Ram pickup and trade in my Ram. Everyone was very friendly I received a fair offer on my trade and a good price on the used truck. I left that afternoon with new vehicle. Very smooth process. My salesman Leoun was very professional and knowledgeable as well. I was a little disappointed I didn’t get to haggle with pricing 😂

I've had the pleasure of buying two cars from John Fles. Amazing service every time. Straight forward with no BS. I also recently dealt with a big service problem with my Jeep. Kelly at the service department was amazing and made it a very easy experience.

If i could put no stars i would. Jim and Paul have dropped the ball heavily. I contacted Paul about an issue i was having where my truck did not start. I was told it was an issue with the key. I approved the repair on the CONFIRMATION that the remote start (a mopar module non the less) would still be available. I had explained that sometimes the remote start does not work BUT as long as i was given a key WITH THE REMOTE START BUTTON. LIKE THE KEY I GAVE THEM I would be okay. I called twice to confirm that the new key would also have a remote start button on it. I was called by Paul to tell me the new key works. I then ask if the remote start works and he got quite and said "let me check" then mumbled around a little bit then told me that the remote start works. Sure enough i pay well over 600 dollars for a new fob... not even a new physical key... just a fob. and naturally the new fob does not have the remote start button on it. Jim the service manager admitted wrong doing then told me i was welcome to buy another key and see if they can program it with no guarantee that it would work. Even after they admitted wrong doing they tried to tell me that they no longer want to work with me. I explained that i am a mechanic/service writer with over 15 years experience and Jim the service manager called me a liar and took an aggressive tone while saying "so what do you want to do here" i told him that all i wanted was the key i was promised and he told me that will not happen. ALL I AM ASKING IS FOR THE KEY I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET. I was lied to, then had my money taken with them knowing damn well they were not giving me the key that they had promised. I was told that the key i gave themn wasnt even a stock key... i was unaware that the orginal key with "RAM" in the back of it wasnt an orginal... i have been jerked around, lied to, and have had my money effectively stolen from me becasue they promised one thing and delivered another... This has been over 2 weeks of working with them for them to do the right thing. I am a disabled veteran and i use the remote start to melt the snow off of my windshield when it snows heavy. Good thing we got a 2 foot snow storm during this time span. Please all im asking is for them to do what they promised.
