I was recently in the market for an Audi SQ5 and, while shopping from my home city of Chicago, I came across what I believed to be the perfect one at Billingsley Ford in Oklahoma. I called about the vehicle and spoke with the salesperson, Chris, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through how the purchase would work as an out of state buyer. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and clearly explained the next steps. Based on that experience, I placed a deposit on the vehicle and even booked my flight to Oklahoma. Shortly after making the deposit, I realized I had made a mistake and that the vehicle was missing an option I really needed. I contacted the sales manager, Chris Provendo, explained the situation, and he was incredibly understanding. Even though he was not obligated to do so, he agreed to refund my deposit. Both Chris and Chris P. were professional, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. At no point did I feel pressured to move forward with the purchase. The entire process was stress free, straightforward, and transparent—something that has not been my experience with many dealerships in the Chicagoland area. While I regret that I wasn’t able to move forward with the purchase, I genuinely hope this review encourages anyone who may be on the fence to shop at Billingsley Ford and ask for either of the two Chrises. They truly value their customers.

Was driving from Oklahoma City back to Dallas when I had car problems and Billingsley Ford, went above and beyond to service my vehicle even though I wasn't from Ardmore they took very good care of me highly recommend this dealership for everybody. Exceptional Service at Billingsley Ford My wife and I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Ford Explorer ST from Billingsley Ford in Ardmore, OK on January 30, 2026, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Our salesperson, Jared, was outstanding. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the vehicle's features without any high-pressure tactics. His patience and willingness to answer questions made the buying process comfortable and stress-free. He provided his contact information and genuinely encouraged us to reach out with any concerns. Chris in the finance department was equally professional, making that portion of the transaction smooth and straightforward. What truly impressed us was the follow-up service. When a minor issue arose after the sale, Jared personally helped us to coordinate with the service department to resolve it quickly. He even returned the day after our purchase to walk us through the phone setup again when we encountered a difficulty. The service department—while I didn't catch the manager's name—handled our concern prom ptly, courteously, and without any hassle. This level of attentive, no-pressure service both during and after the sale is exactly what you hope for when making a significant purchase. I highly recommend Billingsley Ford and specifically commend Jared and Chris for their professionalism.

Went in to service today. I’ve been here a number of times. It’s always good. The work is exemplary, the people courteous. It’s my go to Ford dealership when I’m in Oklahoma. Today though was way past great or exemplary. Nita, took a huge amount of time explaining my truck’s equipment list. When it was built, what was added, what was standard. It was amazing. Even see one anecdotes about the production. She knows her stuff. Thank you Billingsley Ford, but especially thank you for Nita!!!
