I can’t say enough good things about the team at Billy Cain Ford’s service center! I had a tire issue that could have left me stranded, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Not only did they fix the tire and get me back on the road safely, but they also came to pick up my car and brought it right back to me when the work was done. That kind of door-to-door service is rare, and it made a stressful situation completely stress-free. I truly felt like they had my safety and convenience as their top priority. Highly recommend Billy Cain Ford for anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers!

I had visited several dealerships interested in the Bronco. I did not know anyone at Billy Cain but it was close to my house. I have a friend at a very large dealership and had contacted him but after meeting Zeke at Billy Cain they gave me the best deal on a trade in.

Randy and his team did a great job a locating and getting the exact truck that I wanted and gave me a great price. Plus the detailing department did a great job of preparing it for pickup. The service team were great getting me set up with the upgraded mates and spray in bed liner. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new truck

Yesterday was our 1st time at this dealership for service and it was amazing! When I called, I spoke to Lacy and she let me know all details of how they do things and where the service door was and I knew exactly what to expect. She made it easy start to finish.

The mobile service unit was awesome. They came to me with all the parts that was needed to complete the oil change, air and cabin filter and windshield wiper chang, he also rotated my tires. The service fella was very knowledgeable and super friendly. He was also cautious about making a mess he put a tarp down to prevent that from happening. I will be using the mobile service unit from now on with my busy schedule they came to me at no extra charge. Thank you Billy Cain Ford of Cornelia.
