I had a wonderful experience at Billy Lawrence Chevrolet in Eufaula, and I especially want to recognize Roger, our sales manager . Roger was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all our questions, made everything easy and stress-free, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The entire team was welcoming and professional. If I could leave less than 1 star I would . I’m a medical travelor and my 21 Suburban has only been serviced a Chevy / GMC . A month ago I was out of town and a reputable shop diagnosed that I needed a torque converter. I had my surburban towed to Billy Lawrence Eufaula only to be called and told I needed a transmission flush. My husband told them of the previous diagnosis and we had an extended warranty. The next day we were told we needed a complete transmission and it would be $5000 . We contacted the warranty company which said Billy Lawerence Eufaula stated my suburban had never been serviced . I could have lost my coverage if they didn’t see my records for services done from Massachusetts to Alabama . They wanted to send out an inspector but I refused to pay for services just to help Billy Lawrence’s bottom line. I have been told from others, Billy Lawrence Eufaula’s technicians scope of practice ends with an oil change. When things are to tough they bring in help from the Abbeville location. Due to this encounter I’m thinking about trading in Chevy for Toyota! .

I had issues with Billy Lawrence Chevrolet last year after purchasing a Used Vehicle, but they more than made up for it with the repair work on my 2005 Chevrolet 1500 four by four. Their Techs replaced all of the Steering Components and Aligned the Front End and it drives like a did when I bought it new and did at at a reasonable price. Had an injector connector go bad right outside of town on our way back to Bham, they got us in, diagnosed and repaired the truck right away. Friendly staff and excellent service! Highly recommended!
