Only good about this place is that Margo was very kind and knew how to speak on the phone. At least I was allowed to test drive the vehicle I came to see. I went to this dealership yesterday. I called and over the phone I was told by Margo that 14 GTI had a very negotiable price and dealer fee. That dealer fee was $999. Henry was the worst sales man. Not only was he un-knowledgeable about the vehicle, he didn't even try the slightest to convince me to buy the car. I started and drove the car and this is how the dashboard was lit up with warning lights.(photo below) The next day I was told by Henry that neither the price nor dealer fee was negotiable, case closed.

Willie was amazing!! was very knowledgeable & friendly, called him before going & didn’t make me waste my time,He didn’t just care about selling a car, he really did get me the best deal for my trade in & I Came out with a newer car. My payments weren’t a big difference . His boss Carlos was also amazing. Very clean & friendly environment. Highly recommend!!

My family and I had a very good experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable team. They treated us with dignity even though we have less than great credit, offered us the exact car we wanted (Orange Mustang), and made it happen. They seemed like a family oriented company - everyone there seemed well respected. I would shop from them again any day. There may be many dealerships...but the owner and his team stand out.
