Binghamton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Service center is a complete joke. Purchased a vehicle and after owning it 3 weeks it was in the shop 3 times. One issue was caused by the techs, other was a speaker that everyone said was fine until I had sat in the car with them to show it was blown. After getting attitude for calling to check if I could bring my truck in for the 4th time, they were too busy to install the parts and had to bring it to vestal to get the job done correctly. Won’t ever bring it to Binghamton again

My husband and I both got new vehicles within the last month and had a great experience! JT was great to work with and he even put my daughters car seat into my new vehicle before I left along with all my drinks and snacks I had for my sons baseball game! Mike was great as well, had all the paperwork ready and I was in and out!

Drove over 2 hours to get the truck I wanted from them. JT and the crew were awesome. Awesome people to deal with. My satisfaction was their priority. Highly recommend and they are the first stop fory next vehicle.

I live down on Long Island so I'm a good 3.5-4 hour drive depending on traffic. Binghamton jeep had a 2025 wrangler 2 door firecracker red with manual transmission. the exact model and specs I wanted, however this was the closest to Long Island. I emailed the dealer and Christ texted me back. We worked out a deal in under a half hour. I sent pictures of my trade in, and they came pretty close to the KBB instant cash value, they also were able to apply 2 additional rebates on top of the employee pricing and June rebate offer. I arrived Friday morning and was able to leave in less than an hour. I can't believe how fast and smooth the process was. I've purchased a lot of cars but this was the best. Chris did a great job and so did the finance manager who was able to get me an incredible rate! I would absolutely recommend anyone to Binghamton Jeep! well worth the drive there and back for such a great deal and fast process
