Just went to Kia West today to have our tires switched on our 25 Kia Sportage.Was told we would get a courtesy wash.I was not impressed when we picked up the car.The wash is actually just a spray down.The vehicle was still wet and looked aweful after it dried.It looked cleaner and better when we brought in.Besides that services are pretty good.Just not impressed how the vehicle looked when we picked it up.The service adviser was very pleasant and did a very good job

Had a pleasant purchasing experience at the Lexus dealership. Jin, our advisor, was knowledgeable and welcoming. I had contacted him through the online web portal and he messaged me accordingly. Him and other colleagues on his team (Stefan and Stacy), in a collaborative approach, managed to get me the exact vehicle I wanted in such a short period of time. Very understanding, professional and courteous. My update went about as smooth as expected. And dealt with me better than some dealerships have for this peticular update, and even apologized for something they had no control over (manufacturing fault). So they do stand behind what they sell.
