BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SALES PERSON: PATRICK HASSELMANN. I got a 2018 x3 just two months ago from Patrick for the exact price on the website ( so expect no beat down in price of any sort). Bad, worn out torn rims were given to me on buying the car and took about two weeks to get it replaced by Patrick and his team. There was a promise to get a complimentary tint done on my vehicle but till this day; they keep giving me the run for it. Very disappointing to know that the only bmw in Winnipeg has such bad customer service such as ; Patrick telling me he will give me a call back concerning the tint or whatever service after sale but never calls back and doesn’t pick or return my calls. 3 months into the car, various little parts are constantly falling apart e.g fuel tank cap, tow engine cap cover , tire issues. I never had this issue when I got my vehicle from Mercedes Benz Winnipeg. I never had body parts issue other than a claim. I don’t know whether it’s because I bought the x3 outright and didn’t agree to Patrick’s persuasive talk about me paying half outright and spreading the payment over the years so as to increase the interest rate of the vehicle which would have been over 34,000$ calculated gain for him if I had gone with that. But it’s so unprofessional. I regret getting a vehicle from bmw Birchwood. Or I’ll say I regret getting a vehicle from sales person Patrick hasselmann . Had an amazing experience with buying my 430i from Adeeb. He did his a wonderful job at making the whole sale as easy as it could get and made sure that everything is done properly and on time . Really grateful to him and whole team at Birchwood BMW for putting in the effort. They definitely left left an impression on me and I will recommend Adeeb to all my friends and family. 5/5 experience

After discovering a screw in my tire, I called BMW to find out what I should do before it lost too much air. My salesperson, Blade, immediately advised me to come straight to the dealership and assured me that Vanessa would take care of everything. When I arrived, Vanessa was ready to have my MINI brought into the shop right away. She explained that the repair would be quick and could be completed without compromising the integrity of the tire. True to her word, the repair was completed promptly, and I was back on the road in no time. To top it off, my car was returned with a freshly washed exterior. I may have bragged a little to my coworkers about the level of service I received! Thank you, Vanessa, for making what could have been a stressful situation such an easy and pleasant experience

I had an outstanding experience buying my car from Birchwood BMW. The sales staff treated me like family and were incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Steve, Ben, Kyle, Adeeb, and Alex all provided extraordinary customer service, each of them going above and beyond what I expected. 10/10 would recommend!
