This dealership ROCKS! Al Berry and his wife Chris are the real deal. They treat you like family and make you feel welcome the minute you walk through the door. The whole team at the shop from sales to parts and service are as good as you can find anywhere you look. Highly recommend this dealership!

Waited over a week to have my truck worked on and the next day after dropping it off they said they can't work on it. Too old. I told them the year when I made the appointment and when I dropped it off. Or did they not want to work on it because they didn't think I could afford it? Thanks Birchwood! In the time you took to tell me you couldn't help me I could've had it worked on somewhere else. Come to Birchwood Chevrolet, where your time is of no value unless you have a new truck! Edit: I fixed the brakes. All it needed was a abs module bleed. Took me about 10 minutes to fix. Just goes to show that unless your truck cost you 75k they don't care about you. Apparently owning a frugal truck is not allowed. You will be doomed to getting stuck in the winter and missing work. Don't waste your time with these guys.

The entire team is great, they are always courteous and welcoming! If you are looking to buy a vehicle make sure to give Tim Cels a visit.
