I reached out to this dealership to try and help get to the bottom of my issue with my Mastershield warranty that I purchased for my truck when I bought it brand new. I bought it from this dealership when it was Winnipeg Dodge which I was told they are now “a different dealership” so I didn’t actually purchase it from them. I was dealing with Oliver who was friendly enough on the phone but after I sent him pictures to see if there’s anything that could be done with my warranty I never heard back. The warranty is a FCA warranty so any Dodge dealership should be able to do it. I have coverage until 2049 and 86,000km on my ram and my aluminum hood is corroding in two spots and both front fenders are rotting away at the bottom behind my factory fender flares/ mud flaps. This is clearly a manufacturer defect but no one is helping me deal with it. I have called FCA and 3 dealers now and was basically told tough luck. After buying Dodge vehicles my entire life this is the last one I will ever own and you should avoid them at all costs as well.
