Chris K. did an awesome job. All through out the process he was very helpful, easy to deal with, very approachable and knowledgeable. He explained to me all the details of buying and trading in a car. He introduced me to finacial service manager Dave P. who also took time to go through all the paper works and explained everything that I needed to know. The buying process took only six days and I got the car that I wanted. Definitely, I would recommend Chris K. of Birchwood Ford at Regent Avenue West.

Ford had no fix I continue to not be able to close my window Ford is aware of the problem but not looking into it until Q4 I went All winter already having snow in my vehicle and now during spring… the rain too! You also cannot book an oil change at Birchwood ford. You can book a drop off time but “as it’s not priority service” pick up might be end of day Will be rethinking where I place my business in the future for sure.

I went Birchwood Ford Regent for my Bronco Sports service everything is great other than my tires are wobbly, I went back and they retorque my tires. After that everythings good. The service is really good thanks to Chris Sleva for accommodate me with a car that I'm familiar with that day. His person to go if you want great service.
