Birchwood Honda Regent

I highly recommended shopping here if you're looking for a Honda and the Birchwood group in general has always been great to me over the years. You really can't go wrong with any of their dealers! I think it's been 5 or 6 vehicles with them now. I just came back again for another and leased a brand new CR-V from Birchwood Honda on Regent. Kaylan was great to deal with! Top notch customer service all around from both her and also from Kamryn during delivery. Give these girls a raise, especially Kamryn!!!

Recently dealt with Kate Kravchenko, a service advisor at Birchwood Honda Regent. It was a wonderful experience. Very attentive and quickly responded to my email. Update December 2025: The 2025 Honda CR-V Touring Hybrid is great! Highly recommend! Thank you to service consultant Chris Angeles and technicians Damir Polimac, Miguel (Michael) Carrondo, and Volker Sawatzky for their work in maintaining it at service appointments this year! While my experiences with service over the last 20 years or so at Birchwood Honda on Regent have always been good, this dealership seems to have undergone a noticeable renaissance in recent years. The customer experience has been exceptional, and, as it turns out, that’s not just my perception as an individual customer. Honda on Regent has received Honda Canada’s Driving Excellence Award for the last three years (this year, at its highest level, a level that very few dealerships achieve). Every employee I have encountered has been positive, friendly, and helpful. I bought a new vehicle there in the fall of 2024, and it was a quick, easy, and low-pressure experience. Service consultant, Chris Angeles, and technician, Damir Polimac, were great to deal with and always helpful in keeping my previous, aging CR-V safe, reliable, and in good repair. Having the service desks moved inside from the service drive has improved the service experience for customers. The service department has been consistently outstanding, and I can’t imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else for service!

Recently purchased a new vehicle and received amazing service by Joel,Jay,and Kamryn. This is the friendliest and most helpful dealer ship we have been to and that not only is for Manitoba but BC where we lived for over 25 years. Highly recommend!!!

The service department has been absolutly amazing to deal with. We have had our CRV serviced there 3 times now over the past several months and they provide an exceptionaly high level of customer service. You walk in and they know you by name, greet you with a smile and genuinely make you feel like your business is appreciated. Although we did not purchase our current SUV from this dealership it will be our first stop for our next vehichle based on our positive experiences in the service department.
