I recently came in for an oil change and maintenance service, and I want to specifically thank Jude for his outstanding service. He was extremely polite, attentive, and friendly throughout the entire process. He clearly explained everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. It is always a pleasure working with him. Whenever I visit the dealership, I try to schedule with Jude specifically. Even if other staff members are available, I’m willing to wait for him because his level of professionalism and customer care truly stands out.

Purchased a used 2022 Tuscan from this dealership. My warranty almost up, another 5k b4 I reach 100k. I took my suv into be serviced. Booked the appointment a week in advance. They couldn't fix the issue which is fine. I am scheduled to return. But when I picked it up, and drove it home my husband found it was scratched and dented. I called right away and spoke to a service person. After the manager called me back he requested i send pictures of the damage. A week later they arranged a loner vehicle for me to use while they fixed the dents and scratches. There was no charge for the loner vehicle. But if you are looking for a family vehicle, for 7 or 8 people the 2026 hybrid Palisade has all the bells and whistles. Its really nice!!

We took out car in when new unforeseen issues arose. Namely the engine was misfiring... We were seen very timely and communicated and reassured right away on every steps moving forward. No matter how bad the news seemed to become, the staff always reassured us they were going to do everything they could to make the situation better for us... Ultimately the team managed to fix out issue. And we are so grateful. Regardless of the outcome we received excellent services. And felt that the staff knew what they were doing. We were in good hands!

While the sales process was great, it was the support after the sale that really blew us away. ​On our way home, we picked up an object in our tire. Even though it was past closing time, our salesman, Keith, answered our call and got us straight back into the shop. Because we were traveling from out of town and there was a storm, the team treated us like family—they wanted to make sure we were safe and actually put us up in a hotel for the night so the service team could prioritize our vehicle first thing the next morning. ​This support made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to handle. A huge thank you to Keith and the rest of the team for looking after us; it is rare to see this level of commitment. We highly recommend this dealership!
