The sales representative, Zainab Teller, was incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and courteous throughout the process. I gave her a tough time during negotiations, but she remained calm, professional, and smiling the entire time—something I truly appreciated. They made my car buying experience actually pleasant. I highly recommend the sales rep, Alex. He was thorough and thoughtful in his communication, following my lead the whole time. He provided helpful information without being pushy and answered any questions I had really quickly. If there were challenges that arose in the delivery he communicated them quickly and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with my purchase. The finance rep, Carla was also great. She negotiated fairly and all prices and fees were completely transparent and we'll explained. If there was an option I wasn't interested in, she respected my decision and didn't make me repeat myself.
