We truly felt supported from start to finish. As newcomers to Canada applying for our first auto loan, this was a big milestone for us. We are confident that Mandeep’s professionalism, dedication, and ability to connect with people played an important role in helping us secure approval on very good terms. Xavier Smith and Jeff Treichel were amazing. They are the gems of closing a deal at Birchwood. I simply can't say enough. I won't deal with anyone else. Honesty and integrity are their hallmarks. My wife and I were looking for a new car recently and we ended up at Kia where we met Bobby, and what a guy! He helped us look and test drive the vehicles we wanted to check out, he didn't push anything on us and was very upfront about cost, the timeline of actually getting and owning the car, and how to use all the features the car came with. Kiefer was also a super big help dealing with all the finance side of things, really funny guy. The pair of them did an excellent job and I hope everyone buys a Kia from them. Cheers!

Had a horrible experience dealing with this dealership. Impossible to talk to the right person, lots of being pushed around between people, no communication between departments to make things easier for the customer. Will never purchase a vehicle from here again, and never service a vehicle here again. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Not to say the engine blew only 4 months after buying it and no help from anyone (dealership or Kia Canada) even tho it is a known Kia issue. We are out $13K and they cant even return a phone call.

My daughter’s car broke down, while I was on holidays visiting her. It seemed like the perfect time to buy another vehicle. We did go to Birchwood first, however my daughter and I felt pushed into a vehicle that she was t interested in. So we started to look in other dealerships. We found a vehicle online that she really wanted to see and try. So we gave Birchwood another go but this time to Kia. We were blessed to have Trent Despins to email me back. From the start he was kind and offered to send me us a video of the vehicle before we went to look at it. We like the car and went to meet Trent. We were so lucky to have met him. He was friendly, very relatable, even talked to us about Newfoundland, where we are from. He didn’t get either bit pushy. We had the best experience because of him. We were also lucky with Mandeep Singh who prepared our paper work. Because this was the first vehicle for my daughter in Manitoba he showed us what we needed to do and the easiest ways of doing it. If you are looking for a new vehicle remember if you are in Winnipeg Trent can sell you any vehicle from Birchwood. Birchwood you have two great employees.
