It has now been five years since we purchased our 2021 NX 300, and the quality of the vehicle continues to impress us. Even though it is now out of warranty, we choose to continue servicing it at Birchwood Lexus—and a big part of that reason is Xiaobei Quan. Xiaobei consistently goes above and beyond at every visit. He is always a pleasure to work with, professional, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. His attention to detail and customer care make every experience seamless and enjoyable. Because of him, we actually look forward to our visits—even for something as simple as a tire change—knowing we could go elsewhere, but prefer not to. That level of service makes all the difference.

Very good service, I brought my car back for a parking sensor repair, Xiaobei Quan provide detailed price quote and good advice, the repair was fast and good, price was not cheap but considering the warranty and service, it is acceptable. I drop the car to them in the morning and they offer me a ride back to work, and they deliver the car to my place after the repair. The car is fixed and washed. Free drinks in the waiting area!

All the staff members of the Service team that I dealt with were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. There were no attempts to ‘up sell’ me on ‘other services’ other than to provide advice on a few things that I might want to consider going forward. Cameron and Giselle in particular, kept me well updated and provided very comprehensive documentation on the service work that was done. My experience has further convinced me that when I decide to purchase a new vehicle, it will definitely be from Birchwood Lexus. Thanks.
