I have bought two cars from Birdnow and each time I have driven over 3 hours to go pick it up. And if/when im ever in the need for a new car I'll do it again. First car was used with 33k miles on it back in 2014, and its still running to this day with no major issues. When we decided to pull the trigger on our new Bronco it was a no brainer to go through them again. Going to pick it up I really felt like they cared about me being happy with my purchase and ran through every piece of information line by line so I understood fully what my money was going to. Extremely personable and kind, and while we all have to understand they are in the business to make money, they make sure to treat their customers with utmost respect. We dealt with James for the sale paperwork and such an amazing nice guy. David was also extremely professional and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you for making car buying easier!
