Corey Davis was my sales person. I can not think of anything that could have been done better. I have bought dozens of GM vehicles and this may have been the smoothest transaction ever. Walked in with an old truck in the morning and walked out happy with a new truck that afternoon. Great job by every person I deal with at Bishop.

Purchased a used vehicle after which the check engine light came on, almost immediately. Bishop in Rogers City had it for almost a week, during which they were to run a diagnostic and repair it. They did absolutely nothing! Refused to provide info on what the diagnostic showed. It was returned, and the check engine light came back on as soon as I tried to drive it. They sold me an ALPHA warranty, ($3200) which turns out to be useless and not recognized by shops in Alpena. I am now faced with a $1600 bill, for an issue that ALPHA has deemed to be pre-existing. I am a senior disabled female. Way to do business Bishop, beware!!!

I had a very great experience! Everyone was very professional, pleasant to talk with and treated me with great respect! I've already taken photos and posted to Facebook and told everyone where to get a great truck and an incredible lease deal!!!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with buying a car. They sold me a car that needed a few repairs done. It took well over 2 weeks no one would hard even contact me to give me updates. I kept calling a few days apart and they were getting severely annoyed and rude with me because I was trying to get an update on my car because no one had the courage to contact me about the situation. They told me that they will call me right back or they will call me on the next business day and whenever had the nerve to even call me until my car was ready to be picked upMy car salesman was an absolute joke once my car was ready for pick up the car who called was so absolutely rude very poor customer service all over. They were mad or the fact that they had to fix my car and they made me feel like I had no right to even be there and the experience was just bad overall I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time going through this dealership because it’s a big joke. Unless you absolutely want to get scammed out the worst car dealership ever I’ve experienced . The situation felt so worse because I was A new car and they took full advantage of this entire situation.

I took my car here to be detailed and they did an amazing job. They were able to schedule my appointment quickly and were done on time. A few days later I noticed what I thought was an issue and called to make an appointment. They were able to see it the next day and looked it over and assured me it was all good. Everyone was very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back.
