This is a great place if you want to buy your first car here in Canada. I was looking around in fb market place for weeks ( no luck :( ) and at the end, I found Summit, who offered me a non accident car in my budget. Honest and open to negotiation. They also have an ICBC agent inside, so you can do the whole process in less than an hour. Definitely 5 starts.
