Everyone at this dealership was nice and polite. I had two issues. First with the service department. They charged me 3300$ to repair a 4 wheel drive problem that did not solved the issue. Returned the truck but they couldn’t find any issues. Problem persisted. Was able to troubleshoot the issue myself and fixed it with a 60$ part ordered directly from a ford parts store. Then went in to purchase a new F150 Lightning. Team was very nice but when it came to evaluating my trade it, because of some bidding system they have, their offer was very low. Another ford dealer in the area was able to beat it by 6k without even trying. That other dealership is where I ended up getting my new truck

Overall, the process was handled smoothly and efficiently, but they did not perform a thorough check when delivering the vehicle. Considering it's a new car purchase, the exterior was not cleaned properly, making me doubt if it was indeed a new car. However, they were very proactive in helping me secure a great deal, and I highly recommend them. Thank you, Fréderic.
