Blainville Mitsubishi

Terrible service at Mitsubishi Blainville. Loyal customer with three vehicles purchased, yet treated with complete indifference. I brought my car in for a check engine reading. I paid for a diagnostic and repairs, but the light was already back on by the time I got home. Their solution? To make me pay again for another diagnostic for the same unresolved problem. No one from the service department would speak with us, everything was handled through a secretary with no technical knowledge, simply relaying messages. They even admitted they only look at the first error code and ignore the others. That is completely unprofessional. They charge, fail to fix the problem, then try to charge again. Very disappointing. I do not recommend.

This dealership is a complete disappointment for me. I bought a new car from the seller named Aline. they made me sign all the documents without seeing the car. Then I saw the car and there were scratches on the car (I am uploading the photos for you) Moreover, the document they made me sign said that the car had 25 km on it but it had 300 km on it. And I was forced to buy that car unhappy. If you are going to buy a car, do not buy it from Blainville dealership!!! I think they do not even deserve 1 star!!! They even billed me 2199$+tax for the tires they said were gifts!!! It's like a joke but it's true!! Yes, I have a car that I will pay for years and they gave me a used car instead of a brand new one! ******** I AM ADDING THIS ARTICLE IN RESPONSE TO YOUR ANSWER! you finally took your customer seriously and bothered to write a response! I wrote you many comments on your social media channels and you deleted them all one by one!!!! You ignored my grievance and did not want anyone to see it!!! After we made you sign for the car, your friends did not even look at us and you gave me the used car by force. Because the signatures were signed, right?!! I told your friend who sold the car that there were scratches on the car and that 300 km had been driven too much and that I did not want to buy such a car! I will call the number you gave me and I hope you will compensate me for my grievance, because my unhappiness increases when I see the scratches on the car and think about the injustice I have been subjected to!!!

My experience with Mitsubishi was very disappointing and completely unprofessional. I went there to trade in my 2019 car, which is worth around $20,000, but they only offered me $13,000 for it. On top of that, the Alfa Romeo they wanted to give me had electrical problems and was clearly not in proper condition to be sold. The salesman, Simon, had no real sales knowledge — every time I asked a question, he had to go ask someone else before answering. He was even whistling and singing while sitting at his desk during our conversation, which was very unprofessional. The whole experience lacked trust and transparency, and it honestly felt like they were trying to pressure me into signing the contract before even seeing the car. I definitely don’t recommend this dealership.

Very satisfied, brought my car for recal service, they fixed with no time, although the car wasn't bought from them. Thank you for quick respond to my service request. An apdate: l had a flat, brought my car by towing, they gave me an urgent service, they even asked their technician to go with me with their car to bring my winter tires, since they couldn't repair my flat tire and the new ones were B/O. Very satisfied with their kindness and the good service they gave me. Big Thaks to all the team.
