We had such a great experience working with the used car manager Seth. My dad purchased a brand new Chevy Colorado. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure my dad found the perfect truck. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable, answering every question and going above and beyond to make us feel taken care of. It’s hard to find someone so honest and dedicated in customer service these days, and we truly appreciated all of his help. My dad absolutely loves his Colorado, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a vehicle!

I had shopped around, online and in person for about a month, and of course that led to tons of phone calls from sales reps, and emails and pressure from all, except Joel and the dealership! We chatted a few times on the phone, I had to reschedule and he was accommodating, when I arrived, the car I was interested in, and my 2nd possibility were waiting for me, and so was Joel. I was able to take my test drive on my own, and when it came to discussing price, and financing, he remembered what we had spoken about on the phone. I am 56 yrs old, and honestly never enjoyed purchasing a car from a dealership before! As it sometimes happens, we hit a few bumps during the process, but they were addressed immediately, and a I was pleased with the results. Thank You Joel and Christian and your Service Dept, I love my Trailblazer !!!

I bought a car back when they were Dean Patterson and was happy back then. Went back today to buy a car, and the process was just as enjoyable. Went in knowing exactly the car I wanted (love that you can review the CarFax right from the website) Joel answered all of our questions and made me feel much more secure in my purchase. I appreciated that he stuck with exactly what I wanted and didnt try to push a more expensive vehicle my way. Also loved that they detailed the car for me right there before I left. Definitely going to consider Blaise Altoona the next time Im looking for a car.

I called because I was interested in a particular truck they had. Autumn was awesome in making sure it was there and that it would be ready when I got there. After driving almost 100 miles I was met by Tessa. She was wonderful. She quickly figured out I am a get to the bottom line, know what I want kind of girl. She worked with me from start to finish. The rest of the team was also great. We had a couple hiccups but they figured them out quickly. If you are trying to find a new vehicle or know which one you want and need an exceptional sales person I would highly recommend asking for Tessa; she will give you the royalty experience no matter what.

My wife and I don’t normally leave reviews, but after reading some of the recent one-star reviews, I felt compelled to share our experience. We purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 from Damian, and it has been one of the best vehicle purchases we’ve ever made. We love the truck, and so do our three kids. Damian was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. No pressure, no games, and no surprises, just a straightforward and enjoyable buying experience. As for some of the negative reviews, I can’t speak to anyone else’s situation. However, I did notice that some people seem to spend a lot of time leaving negative reviews online. If you handle things differently, you might get different results…Every story has two sides, and our experience couldn’t have been more different. Vehicles are complex machines, and issues can happen with any brand or dealership. What matters is how you’re treated, and Damian treated our family exceptionally well. If you’re considering Blaise Alexander, I’d encourage you to judge them based on your own experience rather than the loudest reviews on the internet. Thanks again, Damian. We love the truck!
