This dealership wasted over 3.5 hours of our time due to poor communication and an extremely unprofessional sales process, primarily because of the salesperson, Ethan. We came in specifically to see a 2012 Subaru Impreza WRX. After an initial greeting, we waited 5–10 minutes before Ethan approached us, only to be told he was busy working two other deals. After another 10–15 minutes, we were finally able to talk about the vehicle. When we asked to test drive the WRX, Ethan disappeared for roughly 15 minutes, then returned stating he had grabbed the wrong keys. During this time, it was obvious the vehicle had issues, as we saw him retrieve a jump pack from the service department. This battery problem was never disclosed upfront. During the test drive, we heard a screeching noise from the right side of the vehicle. Upon returning, the car died again. I inspected the vehicle myself and found an active oil leak from the driver-side valve cover gasket and an exhaust leak between the driver-side rear muffler and center exhaust section. Despite these clear mechanical issues, Ethan reduced the price by just over $400. After spending hours at the dealership and moving toward final paperwork, Ethan suddenly came back asking if insurance had been finalized. When we said we’re just about done, he then informed us at the very last minute that the dealership could not finance the vehicle because it was over 10 years old. This information should have been disclosed before any negotiations or paperwork began. The lack of transparency, poor vehicle preparation, and last-second financing surprise made it clear this dealership does not respect a customer’s time. This experience felt either grossly incompetent or intentionally misleading. I would not recommend working with Ethan, and management should seriously review how this deal was handled. The exhaust in the one picture is the one side that is not leaking and the drivers side of the exhaust is covered in black sout is the one leaking.

He met me as soon as walked in the door, shook my hand and introduced himself, offered a drink, made me feel very at ease and comfortable. Recently bought a brand new 2026 Ram Big Horn 2500. Our salesman and the manager were both great and not pushy. They did try and sell us all the extra stuff, like they are supposed to do, but weren't like other dealers I've been to that try and shove it down your throat and force you to get stuff you don't want. Definitely one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had, at least that part of it. My one HUGE complaint was how the truck was given to us. You would think after buying a $70,000 truck from them they would make sure the truck was detailed like it came off the showroom floor, but it was very far from that, it was very disappointing. They said it would be washed and detailed, but it came to us like someone just drove it through a mud field and then tried to hurry up and clean it at an old Car Wash and they only had enough money to start the pressure washer once so they had to hurry up before their time ran out. I did complain about it and they did send it back to get cleaned up again, but that didn't make anything better, just another quick spray off. Very disappointing they didn't even offer a detail on a different day or anything besides a dirty truck. The truck we came in with, that was a 2019 with 124,000 miles on it looked better. It still makes me angry how we were given the truck. Would be a 5 star review if the truck looked the way it should've when we left.

If you give a dealership 5 stars doesn't always mean everything is perfect. What it does mean, for me, is a greater chance I will be a returning customer. I am satisfied with my new vehicle. The process was painless and moderately quick. I had purchased several vehicles from the Blaise/Audrey Alexander dealership.
