Brandon stayed in contact with me the days prior to picking up the truck, and answered all my questions couldnt be happier. Also manager Tony Suttile was very helpful and freindly just what you want the experiance to be like!

The sales manager, finance manager, and salesman Brandon were great to deal with. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Not once did I feel pressured into buying something. Even though the deal did not work out, I had the greatest car buying experience ever. The staff at Blaise Alexander Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Mansfield are the most pleasant and courteous professionals. When I am ready for my new RHO, this is the dealership that I will be buying it from. Thank you for the excellent experience!

Horrible Post Sale Experience: Complete lack of customer service after the initial sale. It seems the only thing this dealership cares about is closing a deal, not supporting its customers afterward. My husband purchased a brand new 2026 vehicle which has since been experiencing some issues. Despite numerous attempts to get assistance, the follow up and support have been non existent. My husband has sent four emails with no response made numerous calls and left voicemails that have yet to be returned, spoken directly to the sales manager, who did not provide a resolution. Furthermore, we were told that your staff would mail the front license plate because it could not be removed at the time of purchase and still have not received it. The complete silence and failure to address a customer‘s concern after a significant purchase is unacceptable and reflects extremely poor business practices. We expected a higher level of service, especially for a brand new vehicle. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They have your money and then they simply do not care about your problems.

I went up to look at two different trucks. Initially I was at their Chevy dealer down the road, and had to go down to the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep location to look at the other truck. Between the sales/finance manager Tony and my salesman Nate Benton (huge thank you to Nate for his service to our country, it was nice to deal with another veteran) the whole process was seamless and hassle free. Both gentlemen were honest and straight forward and never once pushed the vehicle on their lot as the one I should purchase. Their list price was well below the MSRP so I had no need to try and haggle the price. They offered a fair value for trade in and even secured me a lower interest rate than I had already secured. The whole team there is beyond fantastic. I will 100% deal with either that Blaise Alexander location or at least their family of dealerships in the future for any additional vehicle purchases. 10/10 recommend for anyone’s purchasing needs.

I have not had a good experience here every time I had to come. Thanks to a disgruntled employee that has caused issues in the past with me personally being fired Service never ordered my warranty parts again! On 3 separate occasions now, so had to wait and make multiple appointments for 1 repair each time. DOESNT HELP EACH APPOINTMENT IS 20 DAYS OUT! Coming 45 minutes away this is a big waste of time every time it happens, 9 TIMES NOW, with 2 separate repairs. Blaise Owner offered to top my fuel tank and make things right the last time it happen in October, and i have yet to collect on it, going to have to take the offer up on this one. Never wanted to trade a truck in so bad due to the service where im forced to have it repaired. One time they admittedly(accidentally I hope) poked a hole in my oil filter with a new oil change and it leaked all out in my driveway when I got home and couldnt be driven, had to have it towed back in. Just Frustrating but hope they compensate for their errors which will bring a better review.
