Blaise Alexander Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of State College

Just purchased a 2026 ram 2500 bighorn on Saturday from Blaise in state college. Have been on the fence about this truck for the last month and Blaise came through. A phone call on Thursday and pick up on Saturday. Most of this whole process was done on the phone due to location from the dealership but was worth the drive. Nick Dunn, my salesman was very professional and had a great attitude with the whole process. The manager was solid when an issue came up with my trade in on my way to pick up the new truck. Jake was awesome when it came to closing the sale as well. All around this was the easiest , smoothest new vehicle purchase I have experienced. This place, along with all the staff I interacted with was top notch. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I would highly recommended Blaise State College!

1-Star Review: Absolute Worst Car Dealership Manager – AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE I wish I could give this zero stars, or negative stars, because this so-called “manager” Mike Warner at Blaise Alexander dodge jeep ram doesn’t deserve to be in business. This guy is a straight-up con artist who ruined our family financially and left us stranded. We bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from him thinking we were getting a decent vehicle. Big mistake. From day one, it was a nightmare of problems. The car had endless issues right after we drove it off the lot: transmission slipping, weird engine noises, needing new breaks and rotors – you name it. We brought it back multiple times, and this so called “manager” just lied to our faces. “We fixed it.” “It’s all good now.” “You’re imagining things.” Every single time it was the same runaround. Suddenly full of excuses and fine print they never mentioned upfront. He treated us like we were idiots for complaining about a 2016 Hyundai sonata car that was clearly a lemon. It dragged on and on and on for months. Phone calls ignored, service appointments rescheduled, “parts on order” that never probably showed up . This guy personally assured us everything was handled, then ghosted or blamed us when things got worse. Classic dealership sleaze. Then the car blew up – literally engine failure, total breakdown along the road the day after Christmas . This manager still refused to take responsibility. “Not our problem now.” Meanwhile, we’re stuck making payments on a worthless hunk of junk that’s sitting in our driveway. We’ve been financially screwed for a car we can’t even drive. Do NOT buy from this dealership or deal with this so called “manager” and honestly his entire team. He’s dishonest, unprofessional, and has zero integrity. He doesn’t care about customers – only about closing the deal and washing his hands of you. Save yourself the headache, the danger, and the thousands of dollars in losses. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. This place is a scam operation run by someone who shouldn’t be trusted with selling lemonade, let alone cars.

Purchased a 2025 Toyota 4Runner and was very happy with this dealership. Kyle was very respectful and pleasant to work with. From start to finish this was the easiest time I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. They respected my requests, worked with me, and were not over bearing. An amazing experience, great work Kyle!

Picked up my brand new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Tuesday. Brenda was the best... it was the smoothest/easiest hassle free trade and purchase I have ever made. She was absolutely great. I will definitely purchase through her again as well as refer all friends and family to her.
