Great experience buying our new Bronco just in time for the holidays! Numan and the entire staff were easy to work with to make it all possible. This is our second vehicle from them and we’ll definitely be back in the future.

Always an awesome experience when dealing with the service department at Blaise. They give courtesy reminders for service and inspection. This time I used the pick up/drop of service. Everything was timed perfectly with exceptionally friendly staff. This will always be my go to for service!

Was decent quality. I had my vehicle over for inspection. Making appointment was very easy just a phone call. Once they had my vehicle (which I dropped off the night before) was late morning until I received text message that showed there recommendations. Video that they provided of my inspection was sub par at best. Only thing I actually saw they recommended be changed was an air filter laying under the hood of my car. They did give a price for part replacement supper convenient but then also stated other parts that should be replaced or changed but didn’t actually show why. But gave prices for all things that needed done (per their recommendations again super convenient) but not showing exactly why. Would have given at least a 4 star review if they would have listened to the fact I work from 2:00-10:30 but always seamed to contact me after I started work so until I could get back to them it was the next business day. So the 3 star is because of information provided but no higher due to not enough information from them and also not getting back to me before I started work.

For starters. I have not had too bad of issues until the other week, I took my vehicle in for a oil change. no heat issue. AND AN INSPECTION The dealership diagnosed it as a bad water pump. Fast forward, I get my car back with a fresh oil and inspection sticker. And a new water pump (which credit where credit is due, Jordan from the dealership got under my warranty) So after getting in my freshly inspected vehicle I go down the road to pick up some coffee, and INSTANTLY I get a headache. I smell a mixture of oil and antifreeze. But I brush it off thinking they just messed with it, itll take time to air out.......nope. I turn on the exhaust and it starts dumping smoke through the vents. I immediately take it back. And they attempt to fix it again. I go home, and pick it up when I get the call 1- 2 days later.......the dealership (under my request) smell bombed my car. After continuing to smell it I took it back and asked them to look at it again. They say theres no issue and move on. I HAD TO TAKE THE CAR TO A DIFFERENT MECHANIC TO GET THE EXHAUST SMELL FIXED. AND BEFORE HE DID ANY WORK HE SHOWED ME ALL THE STUFF IN THE PICS......SUCH SLOPPY WORK!!!!!!!!! My recommendation, buy cars from here. Sure as hell dont get them worked on here.

Bought a 2022 ford expedition limited max in February 2026 love the vehicle love it. But now after it rains or after I wash it musky nasty smell inside 2nd row pillars. I did all the investigating I could myself no solving it had written things I tried and or did crossing out options to what it is. Took it to dealer they had it 1.5 days. No solution “they’ve exhausted all options” or rain out of rope” so pretty much not there problem don’t wanna deal with it. Spent $350 for nothing and said “good luck” with it when I picked it up.
