Stopped in to look at vehicles on a Saturday and was helped by General Sales Manager Cory M. Charron. He was professional and extremely helpful. Not pushy, and knew his vehicles. Took my truck for 4 new tires & an alignment. Got to my truck & TPMs light was on. All 4 tires were 20-41 psi under the require spec for my 3500. Petty but my American flag valve stems, one missing. Within 10 miles of leaving the dealership I realized they forgot to give me back my wheel lock. I had to call them while I pulled over to avoid going any further, it was still on the techs toolbox. It’s probably a result of some productivity numbers pushing these techs to complete a job in the allowance they see fit. The consumer takes the hit for this.
