I had an amazing experience buying my 2024 Cadillac XT4! I originally brought my Camaro in for some work, but after seeing an XT4 online that I loved, the team went above and beyond by bringing the vehicle from Eastland, TX to Rockwall, TX for me to test drive. After driving it, I knew it was the one! Shannon Jones was absolutely the best throughout the entire process — professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. After checking with 30 dealerships between Texas and Oklahoma. Lorna made me a fabulous deal to trade in my old truck and get me in a newer truck for very little more than I was paying on my old truck. Lorna made the process so that We didn't have to leave our house, did all the paperwork over the phone, and then she personally delivered us our truck. Went in for detailing the next day and her boss and the finance person both came to sit and visit with us to thank us for our business. Fabulous people and service and second time I've purchased from them.

After my 3500 Diesel broke down on I-20 while hauling a LQ horse trailer and 2 horses from Fort Worth to AZ, the Blake Fulenwider GMC in Eastland was extremely helpful in informing me of a competent wrecker service to haul me to their dealership. They were quickly able to work me in, diagnose the problem, find and receive parts within a day and had me back on the road the next day. I appreciate all the hard work from Nathan, service manager, and the rest of the service staff to help a stranded traveler in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this friendly, courteous, and helpful GMC dealership that realized my difficult situation with horses, etc and acted accordingly to get me back on the road as quickly as possible!
