Purchasing my car was great. It’s been close to a year with my car, have had a few issues that were not resolved. Contacted the dealership over for 3 months and just never heard back. They stated they order floor mats and would deliver them to me, never did… said they ordered a plate holder and will deliver to me, never did… Had issues with my front bumper popping out, saw it after they delivered the car to my house, was patient enough for them to figure out how they want to fix it and stated they would fix it, never did…. Sucks the people are very sweet at the dealership but couldn’t stick to their word of fixing these issues. I was very considerate and patient.

10/10 experience. I travel all over for work and Jimmy arranged for the truck to be delivered to my location and to get my job box swapped. He didn’t harass me on credit pulls or bluffing in price. Now I have plenty of tow for the horses.

If I could I would give absolutely no stars at all! My sister got a car broke down not even 6 months of having it. Turns out there was no pre inspection before selling it. I specifically told her to ask that and they said NO! 2 weeks later they say they have it how did it show up? Mind you the car was in the shop from January till the beginning of May. Not even 3 days into having the vehicle back it completely shuts off in the middle of the highway with my niece her show rabbits, my sister, brother in law who is a veteran that has to have a service dog. That could have been a disaster if they would’ve been hit. Not only that by brother in law and his service dog had to sit on the side of the round for over 3 hours to get a rental to him. I probably wouldn’t have my family but god was with us. Now Sr partner/ manager of dealership is going back on his word and trying to screw my sister over. Don’t say you are going to do something when in return you won’t do what you said. You gotta give respect in order to get it. So if you are thinking about getting a car go somewhere else. This has caused nothing but problems. My sister and brother in law are beyond upset at this point. 2 faced dealership!

Donald Turnbo and Joe are the BEST! Personalized service, patient, and knowledgeable. They worked with me over the phone to find the vehicle that met my specific needs. Then they had it delivered to me at work bc I work out of town. They went above and beyond to make my trade in easy and smooth. I recommend them 10/10! Ask for Donald and Joe. You can thank me later
