Blasius Mitsubishi

3 months ago I purchased a pre-owned car from this dealership. The 1 star is because I love the car -- nothing more. The dealership was not great to work with and if I am being honest, its dealerships like this that make faceless car sales companies so appealing (think CarMax, Carvana, etc.) From the start it was a hassle and I should have walked away -- I had several chances. I'll spare the details but essentially the sales guy that I worked with was rude, condescending, dismissive and just overall not a nice guy to work with. This being the second after the first just stopped responding altogether. He was personally driving the car that I purchased and it was absolutely disgusting when I showed up to PURCHASE it (with an appointment! I did not show up unannounced). He couldn't have been less bothered to even pick up the trash and food much less wipe the food from the surfaces. Gross. Again, I should have walked away then but I love the car. Signing the papers was fine -- quick and straightforward but I still ended up at the dealership for hours despite having every detail buttoned up prior to going in. To this day, I am contractually owed a spare key -- they gave me an absurdly difficult time to have it programmed (Wednesday at 3pm ONLY) so I requested that they mail it to me and I will have it programmed myself (of course they refused to comp me for the cost). Still no key 3 months later. Just overall a bad experience. I would strongly recommend you consider buying a car from ANY other dealership.

From the initial contact with their AI Assistant (Shelby), through the sales process with Scott, and the financing process with Celine, i have only positive things to say about Blasius Mitsubishi! Everyone was so professional and helpful! Thank you all so much!

All I can say is the Anthony Riello was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and courteous. There were no games being played. Everything was transparent and simple, Just the way it should be. I would definitely recommend going and see Anthony if you’re in the market for a new or used truck or car. They had the best selection of vehicles. That’s why I stopped there. I took my title with me and traded my 2019 Ram Laramie with 152k miles for a 2023 Ram Limited with 40k miles. I drove home with the new truck a few hours later. The whole team was excellent to work with.

From the initial phone call to inquire about the vehicle until I signed documents I had an amazing experience. I had the opportunity to work with Kevin, he was really honest and upfront about everything. They were able to make some adjustments to the otd price and Celine walked us through all the documentation, answered all questions and we were in and out in a few hours with our beautiful truck. Would recommend this team to everyone.
