Our experiences have been great because they operate like a small family business. The owners certainly coach their employees by practicing what they preach. Fraser was wonderful working with me to get me into my brand new Chevy Trax and having Dave deliver it right to my driveway from 6 1/2 hours away and walking me through all the features. I have been involved in purchasing both new and used vehicles for over 50 years and I must say this was the absolute very best experience I have ever had. My daughter had lost her car due to an accident and the past few weeks have been very stressful to say the least. We drove almost 100 kms to find a vehicle we were interested in. Every person we encountered at this dealership was very friendly and personable but kudos and special mention has to go to Scott, our salesperson. He was the best! Never pushy, very understanding and empathetic and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. He went the extra mile to make sure we were in a vehicle that was impeccably clean, safe, and ensured we were satisfied every step of the way.
