Blenheim Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Would leave zero stars if I could worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Bought a car from them five months ago been having issues with it since the day I picked it up. Called the sales associate that I was dealing with to inform him about the issues. They were good with it in the beginning, bringing it in and having it looked at. brought it in the first time they thought they’d fix the issue. They said if it didn’t work to call them again so I did. brought it in two + times after the initial first one still with having the same issue and it’s gotten to the point where they’re just giving me the runaround saying it’s this and that nothing is fixing the issue it’s a Safety issue at this point.(blindspot on my mirrors don’t turn off turning signal doesn’t turn off after you’ve turned and ect) I also have a 1 year old who drives in it with me!!!! so went in to try and get something figured out where they keep the car till it’s fixed or buy is back and now they are refusing to do anything. Also now something is going in my front driver tire. A ball joint or a failed alignment as my tire is wearing down. Never buying from this dealership again after everthing I’ve heard and dealt with Update:- they are putting me in a rental car till my part coming in who knows how long it will take. Hopefully maybe they will just buy car back as it’s a lemon of car and I shouldn’t have any of these issues with only having a five months

Great customer service. I had a question on a warranty issue which was quickly answered. Resulting maintenance work was quickly scheduled, and the problem was resolved. Service Manager provided regular updates on part delivery and anticipated completion date. Blenheim Chrysler is definitely worth the drive as they are very committed to customer satisfaction!!!
