As a first time Jeep owner, Katrina was great to work with—very informative while test driving, explained everything in the vehicle and very knowledgeable. Dale, the finance guy, was great to work with as well. He wasn’t pushy on the extras and was able to beat the interest rate for our pre-approval from our own bank! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I came into this place cash ready interested in a car for my pops. They had a dodge Durango up for sale which seemed super clean and drove well. I took it into another shop to run a bumper to bumper inspection and there were multiple major issues found, one of those being wires chewed up, shocks being bad and an oil leak. I told them I am still willing to buy if they can fix those issues which they said they would and would reach out Monday. My girlfriend gave her number because sometimes I am unreachable. Olivia did not once reach out to my girlfriends phone. I seen that I had a missed call from an hour prior which I then called back. When I called back she told me that they fixed the wire and one other thing that wasn’t even the main issue then proceeded to tell us that she had someone looking at the car as I called and that she would call us back? So we waited really confused because we were literally going to buy the car. When she called back she said that she sold it which is absolutely insane. I spent $60 to get another look at it which I’m glad I did but she told us she tried to call which then my girlfriend said “you didn’t even call the right number, we were literally waiting for a call from you guys” and Olivia says “that’s just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes”. My honest opinion is they knew they were in for a ride trying to sell us a car that had issues so they sold it to someone that didn’t care to double check. They also seen the wires bit up during their inspection and didn’t care to let us know which is super shady. If you buy a car from this place AT ALL, make sure you get it inspected. I would not trust these people, very shady

I am in the process of buying my first car since I totaled mine earlier in the week. I went in looking and they helped me find my dream car at a great price. Shoutout to Katrina and Donny for making my first car buying process smooth, and easy!

Very friendly staff and extremely helpful. I would go back to them for my next vehicle. I however feel the details of the car specially when I got an approved used vehicle should have been discussed upfront, for example do you need another key, payment can be done by bank transfer, details of tyres and car features to make the experience top notch

We had an excellent experience at Bloomington CJDR where we purchased a lightly used '24 Ram 2500 December 2025. Our salesman Jay Ojeda (O-he-da) was responsive, fair and easy to deal with. We came in with a trade vehicle and their offer was better than we expected. When we went into financing there were no surprises and we were treated like friends. We came in with our own financing secured but their financing manager Don Daniels was able to provide a better rate than our bank so we gladly gave them the business. Everything went way smoother than expected and we give Bloomington CJDR high marks for professionalism, courtesy, fairness and an easy sales process! We will certainly consider them again when we need another vehicle in the future. Thanks to the entire staff there for making us feel comfortable, like family, through what is sometimes a stressful and uncomfortable experience. Highly recommend!
