Bloomington Subaru

We bought our first Subaru from Bloomington Subaru this spring and had a great experience working with Brian Samuels. Brian was kind and helpful from the first minute we met him and through the car buying process. He is so knowledgeable about Subarus which we really valued as we went through the process. Brian was so personable and not at all pushy which made us feel very comfortable during the car buying process. He was very responsive as we ordered our car and waited to complete final details. All in all, we appreciated working with Brian and would strongly recommend him!

I had an excellent experience at Bloomington Subaru from start to finish. The entire service process was smooth, professional, and genuinely top-notch. The waiting area was comfortable, with great snacks and coffee available, which made the time there much more pleasant. One thing I especially appreciated was receiving a video from the mechanic walking through the vehicle inspection and explaining everything clearly as he went, even while underneath the car. It made the process feel transparent and gave me confidence in the recommendations. Simon was outstanding as well. He went above and beyond, explained the needed repairs in a way that was easy to understand, and was extremely courteous, honest, and attentive throughout the entire visit. It is refreshing to work with employees of such a high caliber, and this kind of service makes it hard to want to bring my car anywhere else.
