This review is for Matthew and the Transmission guy that fixed my truck. They were fantastic. They bent over backwards to get me out back on the road cause I was on a long road trip with a trailer and everything they came to them. They took me to the hotel and they picked me up when my truck was done. I couldn’t believe it broke down on a Tuesday and I was back on the road on Wednesday With a brand new transmission. The people there are fantastic. I would recommend that dealer for anybody coming through that town thank you so much again Matthew and the Transmission guy. I really appreciate the great service that you gave to me overwhelmingly great thank you so much Francis Barnes.
We were within 3 hours of home returning from a cross-country trip when the transmission in our camper van suddenly stopped working. Coach-Net arranged for Ace Towing to take us to Blythe Chevrolet. If there is ever a silver lining to a bad situation, this was one. Matthew Curiel and the Team at Blythe Chevrolet came to the rescue and had us equipped with a new transmission ready for the road after closing the following day. Outstanding, friendly service all the way around.
Matthew is ABSOLUTELY the BEST at providing courteous, honest, and timely customer service. He is pleasant, polite, and respectful. He "goes the extra mile" to research to see if any of my vehicle's issues (which, thankfully, are minimal) are covered under my extended warranty. The service here is exceptional!
