I purchased a BMW X7 from Concord BMW and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Billy, my sales advisor, Zack the GSM, and Alvin in finance were all fantastic. There was absolutely zero pressure, they were friendly, patient, and took the time to walk us through everything in detail. I actually came in not planning to buy, but they made the process so comfortable and transparent that it just felt right. They answered every question, explained all the options clearly, and made both my wife and me feel completely at ease. The entire team genuinely treats you like family. This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will only purchase from this dealership going forward. Highly recommend Concord BMW and this team. 10/10 recommend!!

This was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had purchasing a car. They were straight forward, non pushy, and well prepared for our scheduled test drive. Everyone we worked with (Christian, Ryan, and the finance team) were responsive and great! I would drive 2 hours to work with them again on a future purchase. Unlike other dealerships I visited, there were absolutely no hidden or sneaky fees. They did not try to bake in unlisted costs like clear coats or warranty products. When it came to prepaid maintenance and warranty options, the finance specialist, Irving, was straightforward and informative without any high-pressure sales tactics. ​The overall experience was excellent. Michael was incredibly well-prepared; the car was ready the moment I arrived, and he walked me through the functions before we even started the engine. The test drive was also great because it wasn’t just a quick trip around the block. I was able to test the car in both city and highway conditions to get a real feel for it. ​The process of trading in my old car was seamless. They provided/negotiated a fair, competitive evaluation that made the transition to the new vehicle very easy. While I finished the paperwork, which took about an hour, they had the car detailed and filled with a full tank of gas. Before I left, a product specialist spent time with me to ensure my phone was connected and all my personal settings were dialed in. ​Overall, the entire four-hour process felt collaborative, honest, and professional.
