BMW Durham

I just took delivery of this fantastic M4 and wanted to leave a quick "Thank You" note to Allen Lee, Ivan Djordjevic and Rajiv Gheewala. I have owned a few BMWs and dealt with several dealerships over the years. Generally, I have never had a bad experience at any BMW outlets, so I wasn't expecting anything to be different. However, these three guys are top-notch and deserve a special mention. I was blown away by Allen's ability to answer every question I had thrown at him. And when he didn't know the answer, he took the time to look it up right away so that I wouldn't have to wait to find out. You can tell that he is a genuine car enthusiast and cares about the product he stands behind. I was also introduced to Rajiv, the New Car Sales Manager. This deal took several days and a number of back-and-forth to finalize. Rajiv was most patient and really demonstrated that he was willing to work with me on the deal. And finally, Ivan. Since I live some distance away from the dealership, we had to make sure that everything was gonna go smoothly at the finance office. Ivan worked with me remotely on a number of things so that there were no glitches on the day of my scheduled pickup. In all, I would highly recommend these guys and BMW Durham!

I had a fantastic experience with the BMW Durham team. This is my fifth BMW from that dealer. I brought my son in to be part of the process and Lima was fantastic to deal with as my sales associate. He found the exact car with the specs I wanted and was patient during negotiations. Rene was very helpful on the financials/warranties making sure everything was in order.
