I had a great experience at BMW Etobicoke for an oil change, spark plug replacement, and filter service. Katelyn, my service advisor, was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She arranged Uber rides for me to and from the dealership, offered complimentary drinks, and even included a courtesy touch wash for my vehicle. The service was completed efficiently, and my car is running great. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I highly recommend BMW Etobicoke and especially Katelyn for her outstanding support.

Great working with Tamim (Tommy) Wassi. He helped me trade in my 2023 BMW 330i for a 2024 BMW M850i Gran Coupe and gave me an excellent offer on my trade-in, almost retail value. It was by far the best offer I received from any dealership. He also got me an amazing price on the M850i. Considering the car is a 2024 model with low kilometers, a clean Carfax, and great options, it was an incredible deal. Every close comparable M850i I found was priced at least $5,000 higher, and many of those vehicles were older and had nearly double the mileage. Tamim was friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Thank you to Tamim aka Tommy and the entire BMW Etobicoke team for the great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or trade in a car.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at BMW Etobicoke. Like many people, I’m usually a bit skeptical of the "typical" car sales environment, but this place has completely flipped the script for me. I decided to reach out to Tommy solely based on the incredible reviews I read about him online. Even though I walked in with zero prior connection to the dealership, the experience was right from the jump. The facility itself is stunning, super futuristic and state of the art—but it still feels genuinely welcoming rather than cold or intimidating. The biggest takeaway for me was the total lack of pressure. I never felt like I was being "sold" or pushed into a decision that didn't fit my lifestyle. Tommy was a total rockstar—incredibly knowledgeable and just a down-to-earth, respectful Brand Ambassador. He stayed in constant communication with me from that first email all the way through to checking in on me days after I drove off the lot. This is my first BMW, and the X6 has been absolutely incredible so far. I bought a used Audi Q5 from this dealership a few weeks back. This was my first car purchase since I moved to Canada, having looked at a number of dealerships to purchase (including. Audi). What shocked me from other dealerships was the level of sleeze and annoyance in terms of texts / calls / emails after visiting and looking at vehicles. Coming to this dealership was significantly different. Malik, Thomas and Alena were absolute professionals from start to finish and not “pushy” vs. other dealerships I had visited. Thomas (the pre-owned manager) was very considerate and thoughtful from the sale, to delivery, to calling and checking in after purchase. Aftercare and support from start to finish was wonderful. Overall, it did feel like you were supporting a local family business which now more than ever is very important. That being said, despite it being a family business, the professionalism here is on a level well ahead of any of the bigger brand dealers. BMW should benchmark their overall customer offering off this dealership in my opinion. Will 100% return and recommend to anyone.
